Septic System Installation and Repair
We are licensed by the Ministry of Housing and Municipal Affairs to install and repair septic systems. From providing a soil report, completing the necessary permit(s) to the actual installation and arranging final inspections, we follow the process from start to finish.
We also supply and install Poly Lock Effluent Filters and Poly Lock Risers which bring the access of your septic tank to ground level and saves searching and digging for the tank lid.
Terralift
This is a patented system used to rejuvenate weeping bed without costly excavation.
Terralift uses a long narrow probe and built-in pneumatic hammer to penetrate the soil. Compressed air is injected to fracture the soil. Dry polystyrene pellets are injected into the cracks created, in order to maintain the passages for the perculation or leaching of liquids away from the weeping tiles. It is intended to prolong the life of an existing weeping bed.
The system causes no damage to lawns. A site evaluation needs to be completed by a licensed septic system installer with experience in using the Terralift.
Anyone in the business of installing, repairing, pumping, cleaning / servicing septic systems must be licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Licensed installers must have qualified personnel supervising all projects. Pumpers are licensed by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment.
